I take a nap 30 minutes after lunch have been doing so for many years it seems to revitalize me and reduces stress especially when I elevate my legs both my wife and I have adopted this habit it’s easy for us to do because were both self-employed and work from our home and have been doing so for 20 years. Apparently when you read the habits of people like Winston Churchill, Kennedy, Bob Hope and other famous people they all seem to nap.
