I am an artist and a writer Niklas, I learned one thing regarding painting when you’re facing a big white empty canvas with absolutely no idea what you’re going to paint, I discovered that if I would just mix some paint and throw a color on the canvas the ideas would start flowing. That original coat of paint would create a background and start the process of revealing a direction. I learned to take that same strategy when I write.
